Staron® Solid Surfaces is a zero silica surfaces that is manufactured from a safe natural mineral refined from bauxite and blended with pure acrylic resin. A non-porous material, Staron is impervious to water and provides a hygienic, durable, and easy to maintain surface. Another benefit of Staron is its seamless joining capabilities, making it possible to create long and wide continuing surfaces with no open joins eliminating dirt-trapping crevices. Staron is repairable, renewable and UV stable. Even after years of use it can simply be sanded and restored back to its original condition. Staron does not have or require any finishing polishes or sealers; it is the same solid material throughout its thickness. Easily thermoformed into flowing curves or sculpted into any shape imaginable. Design flexibility extends to limitless edge profiles, splashbacks and tile coves.

Through his extensive knowledge, Mario and his team have mastered the art of creating computer generated design files that connect with automated routing technology. Their artistic MR Walls creations are simply emailed to our local processors and paired with parametric computing and CNC machining technology for the creation of Staron Solid Surfaces three-dimensional panels. This innovative technology creates both visual and tactile surfaces for walls, joinery, signage, and lighting design. The durability of Staron makes them suitable for interior and exterior spaces, the Austaron Surfaces team are also able to assist with the production of custom design requirements.
